vṛntākamūṣāmāha vṛntāketi ||

वृन्ताकं वार्त्ताकुः वार्त्ताकुफलसदृशाकारां मूषां कृत्वा तत्र द्वादशाङ्गुलदीर्घं नालं योजयेत् नालाग्रभागं च धुस्तूरपुष्पवद् उपर्यधो युग्मरूपावस्थितम् अष्टाङ्गुलं सच्छिद्रं च कुर्यात् ॥ (२।०)

vṛntākaṃ vārttākuḥ vārttākuphalasadṛśākārāṃ mūṣāṃ kṛtvā tatra dvādaśāṅguladīrghaṃ nālaṃ yojayet nālāgrabhāgaṃ ca dhustūrapuṣpavad uparyadho yugmarūpāvasthitam aṣṭāṅgulaṃ sacchidraṃ ca kuryāt ||
