तोयप्रभं जलाभं यत्र तिष्ठति तत्र दूरतो जलभ्रमोत्पादकम् इत्यर्थः यद्वा जलवत् तरलच्छायं लावण्यविशिष्टम् इति यावत् ॥ (१।०)
