यत् खलु विरुद्धक्रियवायुसंयोगात् सर्वस्यां पृथिव्यां कम्पादि कर्म प्रजानां शुभाशुभसूचनायोत्पद्यते तत् सर्वेषामेव शुभाशुभसूचनाद् विशेषेणादृष्टकारितम् ॥ (१।०)

yat khalu viruddhakriyavāyusaṃyogāt sarvasyāṃ pṛthivyāṃ kampādi karma prajānāṃ śubhāśubhasūcanāyotpadyate tat sarveṣāmeva śubhāśubhasūcanād viśeṣeṇādṛṣṭakāritam ||
