विदेहानां देवानां भवप्रत्ययः । (१।१)

videhānāṃ devānāṃ bhavapratyayaḥ |

ते हि स्वसंस्कारमात्रोपयोगेन चित्तेन कैवल्यपदम् इवानुभवन्तः स्वसंस्कारविपाकं तथाजातीयकम् अतिवाहयन्ति । (१।२)

te hi svasaṃskāramātropayogena cittena kaivalyapadam ivānubhavantaḥ svasaṃskāravipākaṃ tathājātīyakam ativāhayanti |

1.3१.३

तथा प्रकृतिलयाः साधिकारे चेतसि प्रकृतिलीने कैवल्यपदम् इवानुभवन्ति यावन् न पुनर् आवर्तते ऽधिकारवशाच् चित्तम् इति ॥ (१।३)

tathā prakṛtilayāḥ sādhikāre cetasi prakṛtilīne kaivalyapadam ivānubhavanti yāvan na punar āvartate 'dhikāravaśāc cittam iti ||
