तमःपतेः क्रियादृङ्निरोद्धुर् वामदेवनाथस्य यद्रोधकत्वं तस्मिन् किंचिन् निवृत्ते मनाग् अवशिष्टे च सति एतच् चिह्नतारतम्यं शरीरिणां भवति ॥ (१।०)

tamaḥpateḥ kriyādṛṅniroddhur vāmadevanāthasya yadrodhakatvaṃ tasmin kiṃcin nivṛtte manāg avaśiṣṭe ca sati etac cihnatāratamyaṃ śarīriṇāṃ bhavati ||
